Since 1989, Dolfin’s philosophy has been to mix high-quality natural ingredients directly into the chocolate mass. Fruits, spices, flowers and great confectionery classics are subtly and harmoniously incorporated into the best traditional chocolate.
Our Master Chocolatiers are keen travellers, and search for the finest ingredients, which they select from the best that Nature has to offer. They create surprising combinations that result in exquisite, rounded flavours, free from added sugars and fats.

All our chocolates are exclusively produced in Belgium, in our workshops in Baulers (Nivelles).
