You can pay for your purchases by credit card (MasterCard – VISA), debit card (Bancontact/Mister Cash – Maestro – Giropay) and PayPal.

All payment details and transactions are fully secured via the Mollie system.

We can deliver your orders anywhere in the world. However, if a country does not appear on the list of destination countries, please contact us so that we can add it.

The cost is €5 for deliveries within Belgium (Bpost 3 to 8 working days). 

Remember to support local businesses and short circuits! Feel free to come and collect your order directly from us. We would be delighted to meet you! This option can be chosen when finalising your online order.

Deliveries to France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Germany cost €8 (Bpost 3 to 8 working days).

Express delivery is possible via FedEx (2 working days). Rates vary depending on weight and destination. 

Free delivery from €50 valid for deliveries to Belgium, France and Luxembourg only.

For all other countries, delivery costs vary depending on the total weight of the package and the priority (FedEx – 2 to 4 working days). You can check the price by entering the desired delivery location.

NOTE: We do our utmost to ensure that your chocolates are as perfect as possible when they arrive. This is why we reserve the right to postpone the dispatch of your order in the event of very hot weather.

Yes. Once the order has been dispatched by Bpost or FedEx, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to follow its progress.

An attempted delivery note will be left for you. If your parcel was sent by Bpost, you will be asked to go to your post office. If it was sent by FedEx, you will be asked to schedule an appointment for a second delivery.
