Expert in het combineren van smaken<\/h3>\n

Sinds haar oprichting weet Maison Dolfin haar klanten te verleiden met haar chocolade met harmonieuze en verrassende smaakcombinaties<\/strong>. De meester-chocolatiers van Dolfin paren de chocolade op basis van pure cacaoboter <\/strong>op geslaagde wijze met natuurlijke ingredi\u00ebnten<\/strong> die over de hele wereld zorgvuldig worden uitgekozen. Dat leidt tot heerlijke, vernieuwende en verfijnde creaties <\/strong>waar echte fijnproevers van smullen.<\/p>\n

In 2007 krijgt Jean-Jacques de Gruben<\/strong>, een onvoorwaardelijke liefhebber van Belgische chocolade, de leiding over chocoladefabriek Dolfin. Hij zet deze traditie van uitmuntendheid<\/strong> voort en bouwt ze verder uit door nieuwe recepten te bedenken <\/strong>en het distributienetwerk uit te breiden in het buitenland<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Streven naar meer duurzaamheid<\/h3>\n

Chocoladefabriek Dolfin is van bij haar oprichting een bedrijf dat evolueert en zich wil inzetten voor de ecologische en maatschappelijke uitdagingen van de toekomst<\/strong>. Dolfin is een pionier op dat vlak en streeft naar een duurzamere<\/strong> en ethischere<\/strong> chocoladeproductie. In 2008 wordt het de eerste gecertificeerd koolstofneutrale chocoladefabriek in Belgi\u00eb. In 2021 ontwikkelt het zijn eigen duurzaamheidsplan: <\/strong>Cocoa Act 4<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n
