I just ate a portion of the Au The Earl Gray Noir Chocolat and felt that I had to tell the company what an exceptional confection it is! First of all the combination itself is so interesting. What a creative pairing. The texture is such a pleasant surprise (not too crunchy) but the release of flavors works beautifully. The sweetness seems to be around the crushed tea leaves rather than so much in the chocolate itself. Are they prepared in a bath of sugar? It is the most marvelous chocolate bar I have ever had!

My name is Alex and while I was in Belgium this summer I sent a can of the %60 Cacao mix home to drink when I got back from my travels. Everyone that has tried it loves it. It's the best Hot Chocolate I've ever had even when compared to Ghiradellis!
