Dolfin turned its attention to the interesting topic of savoury herbs and their essential oils, used in medicines and foods by mankind since time began. We have created our petals range using harmonious combinations of flower scents and 60% cocoa dark chocolate. Our concave and convex petals naturally and sensually fill the palate, so that chocolate lovers are in direct contact with the whole range of tastes that they contain. Like a treasure for the five senses, the scented chocolate petal has its own special presentation: a transparent tray delicately packaged in subtly rustling tissue paper, placed in a cardboard box which is soft to the touch and delightfully illustrated, so that offering and sharing such a gift with other gourmets is a real pleasure. The six flavours that we have selected are in general renowned for scents which are heady, spicy or deep. Having them in your mouth is a wonderful surprise. The to-and-fro taste phenomenon of dark chocolate, full and powerful, opens up an original world of sensations. All these flowers are combined with green tea, black tea, or Rooibos tea, which enhance the aromas.
